сыр (твердый) - 200г яйцо - 3 шт. лук зеленый - по вкусу чеснок - 2 зубчика майонез, перец черный молотый, соль - по вкусу |
Сыр твердых сортов нарезать мелкими кубиками. Вареные яйца разрезать на ровные четвертушки. Молодой зеленый лук нашинковать, а чеснок истолочь или натереть на мелкой терке. Все ингредиенты перемешать, приправить солью, перцем, майонезом и уложить в салатник. Готовое блюдо можно украсить дольками яйца и поставить на 30 минут в прохладное место. |
