| 500-700г свиных рёбрышек, 2 сушеных гриба, 500г квашеной капусты, 1 луковица, 50г копченой грудинки, 50г пшена или ячменной крупы, 1ч ложка сахара, лавровый лист, соль, несколько зёрен перца и зелень. |
Обмытые рёбрышки разделить на порции и варить вместе с капустой, добавив вымоченные грибы, приправы и нарезанный лук. Когда щи закипят, положить в них промытую крупу и нарезанную кубиками грудинку. |
