| Морковь — 100 г, молоко — 25 мл, масло растительное — З г. |
Морковь тщательно вымыть щеткой, очистить, нарезать кусочками, залить кипятком до прикрытия, тушить на слабом огне до готовности и полного выкипания воды. Горячую морковь протереть через сито, добавить подогретое молоко, немного соли и кипятить 2—3 мин. В готовое пюре добавить растительное масло. |
